Glen also served on various committees Assessment & Continuous Improvement (2007-2013), Communications (2007-2013); Chair (2008-09, 2011-2013), Community & Legislative Engagement (2013-2017, 2018-2019), Finance & Operations (2007-2022); Chair (2008-2022), Teaching and Learning (2013-2018, 2019-2022), Deployment Team (2008-2011), and the Medical Advisory Board (2020-2021).

Glen was honored at the Board of Education meeting on April 12 by local and state officials, fellow Board members and District administration. Glen's last day of service on the Board of Education is April 24, 2022 and Elmbrook thanks him for his service to the Elmbrook Schools and the Community through his 15 years on the Board.
