Kim Scheffler is a Teaching Assistant at Fairview South, where her compassion and positivity shines each day. She finds joy in every student she works with and loves being part of the amazing Fairview South program.

Kim credits Clete Fleming, the founder of the program, as a major source of inspiration. “Clete has made such a difference in so many lives, mine included,” she shared. “He inspires others to give of themselves, stay dedicated, and always put family first.” For Kim, success means living “a happy, healthy life, well lived” - staying positive, true to yourself, and surrounded by strong relationships. She’s most proud of her three children Liz, Chad, and Kyle, and treasures her photo collection, which keeps her memories and loved ones close.

In 2021, she completed the Mud Run supporting cancer research in 2021. And if she could share lunch with anyone, it would be Robin Williams, whose humor and heart remind her of the power of laughter. Kim’s warmth and dedication make her a beloved part of the Fairview South community and a shining example of the Elmbrook spirit.
