Sarah Buchanan is a Student Information System Coordinator who helps manage all the interconnected parts of Infinite Campus and is responsible for state reporting of student information. Sarah’s deep knowledge of the Infinite Campus product has supported its expanded use across the District, from Food Service transactions to report card modifications. This year, Sarah was nominated to the Wisconsin Infinite Campus User Group Board, an advocate for product development changes and training opportunities for the hundreds of Wisconsin school districts that use Infinite Campus as their student information system!

“My favorite part of working for the Elmbrook Schools is the shared dedication amongst employees for the kids and the mission,” reflected Buchanan. “The people I get to work with are such intelligent, kind, helpful, funny humans and I really appreciate the supportive and authentic atmosphere.”

To Sarah, success is being a good person and having an empathetic outlook on life. “My two greatest inspirations are Dr. Taylor Alison Swift and ice cream!” she said as philosophically as possible. Outside of work, Sarah and her husband have two children, two large dogs, two cats; and she is an outspoken advocate for mental health.
