Officer Tony Kader is the (SRO) at Brookfield Central High School. Through his work, he provides BC with an extra sense of security throughout the school day and builds positive relationships between students and law enforcement. Kader began as Central’s SRO in January 2020, and the program has been so successful it’s since expanded to include both Elmbrook middle schools. Kader loves the high-spirited professionals he works with and the opportunities to speak to and mentor students daily.

“It’s not uncommon to have several requests for meetings that revolve around school projects, personal conversation, and even student professional development,” reflected Kader. “It’s great to see the direct impact on the lives of students that you’re able to make in a role as an SRO.”

Tony is most inspired by his wife and his father who are both dedicated, strong, hard-working people who lead by example. He’s most proud of his work ethic and that of his family - including his wife and two adult sons they adopted in 2007. Kader is devoted to his religious beliefs and loves a good Ted Nugent concert.
