Our LAUNCH Future Teachers strand has played a vital role in our community - providing real world opportunities for aspiring educators to learn and grow in the field. This program has not only helped our students solidify their decision to pursue work in the field of education, but provided the District with a talent pipeline of teachers ready to make crucial impacts on the lives of students in the community that raised them.

This year, we are partnering with the Elmbrook Education Foundation (EEF) to fund 4 scholarships for our Future Teachers students with a goal of raising at least $6,000 to help them on their journey to shaping the next generation of learners. Over the past few years, we have been able to raise a total of 12 scholarships to support these students, and we are hoping to expand that impact this year. Click here to see how you can donate.

The Impact
We are already seeing the impact of this LAUNCH strand on our own community with  former students now teaching in Elmbrook, 2 interns that have worked in our schools, and Wisconsin’s first Teacher Apprentice placed at Brookfield Elementary.
