Pam Craig serves as the Family Onboarding lead at the District Office, where her warmth, knowledge, and genuine enthusiasm leave a lasting impression on the families she welcomes to Elmbrook. Her role takes her across all district schools, giving her a front-row seat to the positive impact Elmbrook has on students. “My team at the district office is fantastic,” Pam shared. “They are smart, hardworking, positive, and fun. This district strives to do the best for students, families, and employees—and I love being part of that process.”

One of Pam’s favorite parts of her work is being the first point of contact for many families moving into the area. She loves introducing them to Elmbrook, Brookfield, and even Wisconsin itself. “I have personally enrolled every 1st grader, Kindergartener, and 4K student,” she said. “In January, I begin enrolling the class of 2040.” She finds inspiration in people who overcome life’s hardships with resilience and grace, and she defines success as feeling at peace across all aspects of life - personal, professional, social, and spiritual.

Pam’s greatest pride is her family: four Brookfield Central graduates who have built fulfilling lives and careers, and five grandchildren who bring her endless joy. Outside of work, she’s an avid gardener with a love of fresh salsa, growing nearly 30 tomato plants each year along with herbs she dries for tea. Her kindness, dedication, and heartfelt commitment to families make her a treasured part of the Elmbrook community and a shining example of the district’s welcoming spirit.
