The District's contribution to Health Savings Accounts through Optum Bank will occur following the September 17th payroll. Elmbrook will contribute $800 for Family and $400 for Single coverage. Note, if your health plan begins after September, your District contribution will be prorated based on your date of enrollment. 

The next Elmbrook contribution of $1,200 for Family and $600 for Single coverage will be deposited for active full-year plan members in February.
