Elmbrook Schools moved to a single 403b provider in the Spring.  VOYA is our 403b vendor that allows employees to save money for retirement.  VOYA works with Plan With Ease and they work with 403b vendors to provide assistance with 403b rollovers and withdrawls.  If you received a letter in the mail from Plan With Ease there are three things you can do:

1. Disregard the letter and shred it if you have NEVER had a 403b account with Elmbrook Schools.  This does NOT pertain to you and the letter was mailed to you inadvertently.  We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
2. If you have a 403b account with a vendor other than VOYA you can use Plan With Ease to make withdrawls from your 403b account or roll over your 403b account to another vendor.  Often you need a District signature to make this happen.  Plan With Ease provides this signature process for the District and will help you to rollover your account or make a withdrawl.  Please reference the letter and follow the instructions to create a PIN.  If you have specific questions about this please contact Plan With Ease directly at the number listed in the letter.
3. If you wish to enroll in the Elmbrook Schools 403b plan to save money for retirement you will NOT use Plan With Ease.  You can contact our VOYA financial planner, Peter Lanigan at 414-256-2156, peter.lanigan@voyafa.com.  He will be happy to provide you with financial information about the District 403b plan and he will help you get enrolled.
