Advancement from one band to the next is determined by accumulated Impact Experience Points and the completion of required professional learning hours.

If your Teacher Compensation Forecast form indicates that you are eligible to advance a band for 2026-27, you do not need to take any action other than successfully submitting your 2025-26 Professional Learning form and 2025-26 Impact Experience Points form. As a reminder, your Impact Experience Points can be accumulated for the duration you reside in your band. HR will review previous years to ensure full credit is given.

If your Teacher Compensation Forecast form indicates that you are eligible to advance a level but not a band for 2026-27, you do not need to take any action other than successfully submitting your 2025-26 Professional Learning form.
