How does the Food Benefit Program Work?

Exclusively available through employers and designed for employees; District staff are provided the option to enroll in the innovative Food Benefit program. The program empowers individuals to Be Fueled, Be Focused, and Be Fit through fresh at-home meal programs, a digital wellness platform, and optional health coaching for comprehensive support.

The program offers:

• Flexibility – Choose a meal plan to receive 4, 8, or 12 servings each week, and make weekly selections from a rotating menu of options including breakfast, lunch, dinner, meal kits and soon to be released Smart Snack packs
• Simplicity – All meals are made from scratch, approved by Registered Dietitians, and designed and prepared by a team of culinary experts making the easiest choice the best choice
• Convenience –With busy schedules and rising food prices, weekly meal selections are delivered to your home helping take the guesswork out mealtimes at breakfast, lunch or dinner
• Support – Add a personal health coach for individualized support across a full spectrum of health goals including nutrition, weight management, fitness, and sleep
• Digital Wellness – Leverage the FBC Be3 app for meal ordering, coach messaging, activity tracking and library of wellness resources
