COVID-19 vaccines and testing continue to be available for ALL employees and health plan covered family members through the Wellness Center. Learn more about each:

Vaccines

COVID immunizations are available for ALL employees and health plan covered family members ages 18 and older. (The Johnson & Johnson vaccine can be provided to family members and employees age 16+ and may, at times, be available at the Center.)  Call the Wellness Center for an appointment 262-214-1101.

Testing

ALL employees, regardless if they are on the Elmbrook health plan or not, may access no-cost COVID testing if they have symptoms (failed the daily check) and/or were in close contact with COVID-19.  Medically-ordered and required travel testing is also available for members of health plan.

Testing for employees and health plan members (ages 2+) are by appointment only and must be made in advance by calling the Wellness Center at 262-214-1101. As you make your appointment, you will be provided with the location for testing--drive-through at Elmbrook's Hillside location or the parking lot outside of the Wellness Center.
