Brookfield Central Boys Basketball Coach, Dan Wandrey, has been named the 2019 Wisconsin Coach of the Year by the National Federation of High Schools (NFHS)! This past March, Wandrey led the BCHS Boys Basketball team to their first WIAA Division I title, defeating Sun Prairie and ending their season with a 23-5 record.

The NFHS annually identifies and recognizes a coach from each state for significant achievement in their sport. Award recipients are selected based upon a variety of criteria including their coaching record, background, coaching honors, and involvement in community and school organizations.
