Who needs to complete online enrollment?
- New Health/Dental Enrollment
- Be sure to "Add Dependents" to be covered
- Change in Health/Dental Coverage
- Single to Family (Add Dependents)
- Family to Single
- Opt-Out
- Enroll in New Vision Insurance (Add Dependents)
- Elect HSA contributions (HSA contributions revert to $0 as of January unless election is made, Changes allowed Mid-Year)
- Enroll in Dependent Care, Limited Purpose, Medical Flex Spending Accounts (Mid-Year enrollment/changes with Status Changes ONLY)
- See Annual Maximums
- Indicate if insured employee is/will be enrolled in governmental insurance program (e.g., Medicare)
