Dominic Bauer Named Brookfield Central Associate Principal

Dominic BauerThe School District of Elmbrook's Board of Education confirmed the Administration's recommendation of Dominic Bauer as Associate Principal of Brookfield Central High School at its regular board meeting on Tuesday, June 12.

"Brookfield Central is excited to welcome Dominic Bauer," said Brookfield Central Principal, Brett Gruetzmacher. "Mr. Bauer comes to Elmbrook with a multitude of experience, a proven passion for students and deep commitment to school families."

"I am honored to have been selected as the Associate Principal, and am excited to serve the families, students, and staff of the Brookfield Central community in the coming school year," said Bauer.

Before coming to Elmbrook,, Mr. Bauer taught Mathematics at West Allis Central and Pewaukee High Schools, and served as Summer School Assistant Principal for the Pewaukee School District. Dominic earned his Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics Education from the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh (2006), and his Master of Education Degree in Educational Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University (2010).

Mr. Bauer replaces Mrs. Amie Farley, who will transition to Director of College, Career, and Life Readiness for the School District of Elmbrook. Bauer will begin his role as Central's Associate Principal in July, 2018.
