In addition to Preventive, Acute, Urgent and Disease Management care available at the Family Wellness Center, staff can assist you with coordination of the two blue heart, premium providers and discuss cost saving alternatives in services and medication. At $29 per visit, which includes any needed labs and the availability of common prescriptions compared with $250 or more with outside providers, you receive personalized quality care AND see great savings in your wallet and on your watch.
