The decreased clinic access from COVID restrictions has created a unique opportunity to focus on Health Risk Assessments (HRAs). We can do the HRA follow-up visits completely via phone or virtual visits, making it easier than ever. Since there are currently fewer office visits, we have many openings on our schedule.
All employees, retirees, COBRA members and covered spouses who want to receive the continued premium co-pay incentive need to have an HRA follow-up visit completed by June 30th, 2020. If you have one or more risk factors, or if you haven't had an HRA follow-up visit in the past because you are new to the plan or did not have a follow-up visit in 2018-19.
