The Gifted and Talented Parent Advisory Organization (GTPAO) facilitates communication between parents, teachers, and district leaders to give students the most effective, comprehensive and challenging education possible. Our goal is to be a valuable resource for parents, teachers, and district leaders through the use of parent focus groups, evaluation of gifted programming, support from GT organizations, guest speakers, and parent-to-parent involvement.
We meet once per month to discuss various topics important to Gifted and Advanced Learners. In response to parent feedback, we have scheduled three evening meetings. We encourage you to attend one or all of these meetings. You are not required to RSVP, just show up, network, ask questions and learn. If you would like to be updated on GTPAO happenings, please text @GTPAO to 81010. You can also follow our Facebook page: Elmbrookgtpao, and of course check our website at any time: http://www.elmbrookschools.org/gtpao.
