The Elmbrook Food & Nutrition Services Department is incorporating more scratch cooking into our healthy, appetizing school meals. We are excited to announce that we will be making bagels for our Brookfield Elementary / Burleigh / Dixon / Swanson Elementary / Pilgrim Park / Wisconsin Hills students in April!
We will mix our dough and cure it overnight, then we will boil it for 60 seconds before baking it to perfection. Our flavorful and fresh bagels will be available April 25th!
