You now have the ability to invest the monies in your MidAmerica Health Reimbursement Arrangement. Annually, Elmbrook contributes toward your OPEB (Other Post-Employment Benefits) HRA to support your insurance premiums in retirement. As you receive your MidAmerica statements, you can see your balance and determine your investment capabilities.

Employees in OPEB Tiers 2 and 3 receive annual contributions each June based on employee type. Tier 1, retirees electing the HRA option, receive annual contributions each June based on the OPEB retirement agreement.
