Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) partner, Smart Choice MRI, has closed its doors. With this, the Smart Choice MRI portion of the orthopaedic incentive program through Elmbrook's health plan is suspended. The Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin (OHOW) incentive remains in place.
Benefit Consultant, USI is currently in the process of reviewing providers to offer discounted cost of services in exchange for health plan incentivized direction to a value-based partner.
Incentives will continue to be honored for any Smart Choice services completed and will be paid quarterly based upon receipt of employee request through Skyward per the program guidelines.
