The Elmbrook Schools Family Wellness Center has added VirtualCare, a direct live connection with your providers. VirtualCare appointments are available during regular office hours and accessed via laptop or smart phone through the Healthstat Patient Portal.

For the health and safety of patients and Center staff, walk-in visits are not accepted at the Wellness Center.  Call the Center first to discuss scheduling an appointment at 1-262-214-1101.

Teladoc, virtual care provider remains available 24/7 for your medical and behavioral health needs.

To encourage use of telehealth when needed, there will be no charge for COVID-19 diagnostic consult nor other health-related appointments through the Elmbrook Wellness Center and Teladoc. Learn more about your telehealth options here.
