Our 3 Burleigh and PPMS First Lego League Challenge teams will be competing in the state competition in Madison, WI, after advancing from their respective sectionals!
Pilgrim Park Middle School students' proposal for the NASA Techrise Challenge was one of the winning proposals! The team consists of Quentin Justin, Etienne Justin, Jack Antonetti, Emma Socha, Grant Dugan, and Auggie King. For the proposal, the students will have $1,500 to build a Low-Pressure Propeller System under the guidance of NASA Engineers and Scientists for a few months this Spring before putting their experiment to the test in a high-elevation balloon!
The Pilgrim Park Wrestling Team started their season with a 65-24 win over Lane Middle School.
Elmbrook has expanded the School Resource Officer (SRO) program to the middle schools to further strengthen the connection between our schools and the police department, as we work together to ensure the safety of our students and staff. Pilgrim Park Middle School is happy to welcome SRO Steve Weber who will begin his duties on January 3. Officer Weber has served with the Elm Grove Police Department for the past eight years, and is an alumna of Brookfield Central!
