Call 262-785-3924 OR email PPMS Attendance (PPMSattendance@elmbrookschools.org) to report the absence or dismissal by 8 am the day of the absence.
When reporting your child’s absence from school, please provide the following information:
- Student Name
- Reason for the absence - If he/she is missing school because of illness, it will be important to let us know in your message ALL of your child’s symptoms and any physician confirmed diagnosis, such as Strep, Sinus Infection, Ear Infections, COVID-19 etc. It will also be important to know if your child is staying home because he/she has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
- Time of dismissal (if your message if for a dismissal)
Family Trip Request Form
Parents of students who will be vacationing during the school year should contact the Attendance Office well in advance of their planned departure to determine the effect that travel will have on the student’s academic performance. A Family Trip Request Form (Page 3 of document attached at bottom of webpage) is required to be completed for vacations of 3 or more consecutive days. This form should be completed at least two weeks prior to the first day of the vacation.
