New Visitor Sign-In Procedures Begins September 4, 2018.
Beginning September 4, 2018, PPMS will implement Raptor, a visitor management system designed to strengthen our school security procedures, coordinate volunteers and inform a response to emergencies.
Once implemented, all parents, guardians and guests (volunteers, contractors, etc.), upon entering our building during normal school hours, will need to:

Enter through the front office;

Provide a driver’s license for scanning in the Raptor system to verify one’s identification and perform a scan against the national database of sex offenders;

Receive a printed ID badge prior to proceeding.
Upon subsequent visits to a school in which you have already registered, guests will only be required to type in their name and print a badge.
