On Wednesday, January 13th, 22 students from the five elementary schools, Pilgrim Park, and Wisconsin Hills participated in the District Spelling Bee.

After 19 rounds, the top district speller was Kashvi Singh, a 3rd grader from Swanson Elementary!

Congratulations also to 8th grader Aarav Vikram and 6th grader Janavi Wagle from Pilgrim Park, Keshav Karun from Swanson Elementary, Nolan Scott from Dixon Elementary and Michelle Yeboah from Burleigh Elementary.

The top six spellers will move on to the Regional Spelling Bee.  Also a great job by 5th Grader Masouda Khan for making into the final rounds.
