Swanson fifth grader, Maadhav Karun, won the Regional Spelling Bee on Monday February 17th and will be heading to state. The Badger State Spelling Bee will be held on March 7th in Madison. After 17 rounds he was declared the winner. There were 28 students from schools in surrounding districts participated in the CESA 1 Regional Spelling Bee.
