All WHMS students grades 6-8 are invited to learn a stringed instrument (violin, viola, cello, or string bass) and perform with their peers in orchestra. Students develop technical skill on their instrument through a variety of performance experiences, and become more knowledgeable about fundamental music theory through this coursework.
