Congratulations to WHMS teacher, Mark Losey!
He is this week's Martino Merit Award recipient, presented to him on behalf of WHMS student, Ava Shaikh.
“Dear Mr. Losey,
Thank you for being a good and funny teacher. You have always made me laugh and kept me entertained in class. I wish you would've came up to 8th grade because you're one of my favorite teachers. Not only are you a good teacher you are also a good coach for track and wrestling! You helped this school so much in many ways.

This award, established by WHMS staff in memory of former Wisconsin Hills principal Robyn Martino (who always put people and relationships first), alternates between staff and student. If a student receives it, he/she has a week to nominate a staff member, then the staff member has a week to nominate a student, and so on.
