On April 27th, a team from Wisconsin Hills participated in the National Science Bowl Finals in Washington D.C. They competed with 48 top Middle Schools from around the country, and finished tied for 9th. They accumulated a 6-2 record.
Many of their opponents and judges were impressed by how well a young team (mostly 6th graders) performed
against mostly 7th and 8th graders. By finishing in the top 16 teams, the team also won a $1,000 scholarship for WHMS.
Congratulations to all!
