Thanks to Mr. Knuth's continued persistence, pursuing relationships with other working artists, the PTO is happy to fund artist in residence Emma Daisy Gertel this year to create a mural for the school.

Emma Daisy Gertel is a local artist whose work typically displays female empowerment and communing with nature.

The concept for our school will incorporate the local wildlife of our community with bright vibrant colors.  

The 7th and 8th grade art classes will work on the mural with Mrs. Gertel.

We await with great anticipation, the unveiling later this winter.
